Carolyn:
Since 2007, Carolyn has been massaging dogs and cats, loving every minute of it. Wet Nose Canine Connection was established when Carolyn found a passion in her heart to help geriatric and dysplastic dogs have more comfort and gain more mobility. This passion has flourished into an incredibly rewarding almost 20 years and the experiences have been heart warming, heart breaking and life changing. She is truly thankful for this gift. Currently her clients include dogs from all ages and abilities! Her heart and soul has been poured into this work and she will continue to educate herself and learn as much as she can to better the lives of our faithful companions.
Carolyn is a graduate of the Small Animal Massage Certificate program at Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester, MA. Carolyn is also a Level I and Level II graduate of La Paw Spa's Canine Hydrotherapy program. The teacher of this program and founder of La Paw Spa, Cindy Horsfall, is a pioneer in the world of canine hydrotherapy and is considered to be one of the country's most respected specialists.
Carolyn has completed many other courses to educate herself including Ttouch, Canine Structure, and Behavior. She is also certified by American Red Cross under the Pet First Aid /CPR program.
In 2018, after moving to Rehoboth MA and competing in agility for over 15 years, Carolyn opened up her agility field for rentals, seminars and classes. Presently, she is renting an indoor barn to hold those events throughout the winter months.

Barbara:
Barbara Stephens, a trainer based on Cape Cod, has run champion agility dogs since 2004. She is a student of the OneMind Dogs philosophy, which focuses on agility training from the dog's perspective and results in stronger bonds between dog and owner. Barbara completed the OneMind Dogs' International Training Seminar in Finland and the Amanda Shyne Instructor program in Vermont.
Her three Pembroke Welsh Corgis have competed in USDAA, AKC, UKI and NADAC. Before her retirement in 2020, Sophie earned her Performance Agility Dog Championship (P-ADCH) Bronze, a Bronze Lifetime Achievement Award, won 1st and 3rd place in the New England USDAA Regional Championships, and ranked in the top 10 dogs in her competition class nationally. Reddy also earned her P-ADCH Bronze and a Bronze Lifetime Achievement Award, won 1st and 2nd place in the New England USDAA Regional Championships, and ranked in the top 10 dogs in her competition class. In 2019 she competed in the USDAA Cynosport Dog Agility World Games, where she and Barbara placed 4th and 6th in two events.
Willow has earned her Agility Dog Championship (ADCH), won 3rd place twice in the New England USDAA Regional Championships, and competed in Cynosport where she placed 6th in biathlon standard. In 2024, she earned top 10 dog in the snooker class.
Barbara loves dogs and teaching. She knows the joy that occurs between an owner and dog when introduced to the game of agility. She welcomes the opportunity to share her knowledge and strengthen the bond you have with your dog.
